We take students' privacy very seriously. codePost allows our users to remain compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The specifics of how we accomplish compliance are explained in our privacy policy and terms of service.

In short, codePost commits:

• To never share data with 3rd parties without the consent of the relevant student or FERPA-regulated entity,
• To delete all related data upon the request of a codePost course "admin".
