Type <code>Cmd - K</code>  (or <code>Ctrl - K</code> on Windows) and type "Add to rubric"

- Click on the comment (to activate it)
- Type <code>Cmd - K</code>  (or <code>Ctrl - K</code> on Windows) and type "Add to rubric"
- Select the category and done!
