Admins can create new courses from the Admin Console.
To create a new course from scratch, all you need to do is enter a course name and a course period.
If you're the admin of any existing courses, you can clone an existing course into a new course. Doing so,
Copies the old course's assignments and rubrics
Copies the old course's course settings into the new course
Does not copy old student submissions
