Submission access differs by user type. The following list explains which submissions each user type has access to.
Students: submissions for which they are the sole student or a co-partner AFTER the assignment has been published and the submission marked as finalized
Graders: submissions which they have claimed or have been assigned to grade
Section leaders: any submission made by a student in their section (as sole student or co-partner)
Supergraders: any uploaded submission in the course
Admins: any uploaded submission in the course
