If you don't see your activation email or password reset email, here are some steps you can take: 

  1. If you're a student or grader, verify that your email is the correct email that the instructor had added to the course.

  2. Wait a few minutes (sometimes the emails are slow)

  3. Check your spam (sometimes school email servers don't recognize us)

  4. If you haven't received an email in five minutes, then it's likely that your institution's email server has blocked the email. Please contact your IT admin to ask them to whitelist emails from codepost.io.
